Cell C is the worst

Even this one star is too much for Cell C, unfortunately I cant rate lower. It seems that existing contract clients of cell c is treated as badly as cell c could treat someone. And most of the time service is non existing. I was due for an upgrade and went to a store, unfortunately I had to wait 30min for my device to be released. In the mean time Cell C phone me, offer me a new package (of which I preferred), only to realize that the wrong handset was delivered. Now, if you phone the call get cut before you are done and that is if they answer the phone in the first place. Everybody want to put you through to somebody and then you have to listen to their conversations for minutes before someone attend to the call. Not even a response from email, after I log a complaint via email, only the automated response Head office is just as worse as you have to listen to music for hours and nobody attend to your call. This is just the worst experience for the second time. In 2017 with my upgrade I experience the same ****.

The only thing is that you feel helpless and there is nothing you can do and THEY KNOW IT.
