CELL C IS THE WORST

had the worst experience with unprofessional and rude contact center representatives. There is nothing the collections department or customer service can do to help with a paid up letter for an account that was settled in November 2021, they both claim. No one wants to take responsibility for actually helping me, I have been calling for weeks without receiving any help and only get back-and-forth messages. One of the agents was so unprofessional and disrespectful that while I was waiting to be assisted he dropped the call on me.

There account was setttled and closed at cell c, it was not handed over and was sent proof of payment but they won't assist with paid letter. This is affecting my credit score for month now.
