CELL C IS THE WORSED SERVICE PROVIDER

I did an upgrade after being with cell c for over 5 years. I was very excited to get a new phone. only to find out that the phone that was delivered had the wrong Sim with it. instead of a neno sim, they delivered a micro sim, I called them to find out what I should do, I was told that they will order the sim and send between 3-7 days, after waiting for the fone for the same period. I enquired with other service providers with regards to assistance that I can get seeing that I am in a town that does not have a cell c store. in addition, I have been speaking to a million people at cell c and no 1 wants to take the responsibility, from upgrade department, they said its not their fault, they put me through to follow up and delivery who also said its not their fault. I eventually got assistance with a sim card through my own means and I called customer care to do a sim swap, again, I was told it wont be done immediately, I have to wait for a few hours, and that if I have a problem, I should speak to the upgrade department because it was their fault, upgrade further said that I must go back to follow up and delivery and speak to lucy ngwenya . I am tired of being takn back and forth
