cell c is the worse service provider ever!

In June 2015 i opened 2 contracts with cell c cleary park. I had endless reception problems in my area so i requested a cancellation of contracts and returned hansets in August. Consultant said it would take a few days or a week at most for it to be removed from my name. when i went back a few days later i was told to wait outside the store as the were busy washing the floor even though it was trading hours. other customers were also asked to wait or come back later. one of the consultants were very upset while cleaning because in her words\ek werk nie eens so ***ken hard by my huis nie". After they were dusting around me while i had to wait to be helped.<br> the regional manager phoned me to hear what happened. he said he would look into it and get back to me but never did. i was being billed for 4 contracts so i contacted the regional manager and spoke to yvette who told me that he is out of town and she would contact me back the next day and again that never happened. i went in to the regional and i was seen by a senior consultant who said it would be resolved but nothing. in the mean time im still being billed for 4 account even though i gave back the handsets.
