Cell C is the worse network provider in SA

cell has been bull****ting me for the past few months they were not debiting my account then they handed my account over to nudebt and Hammond and pole who were hounding me for payment - I made the payment of the arrears and sent the proof of payment - they advised that I would be able to use my contract again - now the customer care says my account is permanently deactivated and the legal department can only open the line. I have been calling from the 20/06 but I have not received any help this is affecting my home loan application I am sick and tired of cell c the service is **** but they will hound for their money .
