<p>CELL C IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!</p> <p>After ********** issues I had with this useless company, I cancelled all 5 of my contracts with Cell C end 2015/beginning 2016. NEVER received a single communication from then till now, and TODAY, 12 April 2017 their so-called collection department called me to tell me I owe them R550.00. When I did not receive anything from then up to now and want an account, this woman tells me to contact Cell C for an account. WAHT ARE YOU DOING THERE AND WHY ARE YOU ****ING ME OFF IF YOU CANNOT TELL ME WHAT THE THE R550.00, YOU CLAIM IS DUE, IS FOR????????? I do not want to do business with Cell C for as long as I live EVERY AGAIN!!!! If you think I am going to call this useless business after more than a year for something I believe I am not responsible for, you can think again. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL I GET AN ACCOUNT AND A DETAILED RECON ON MY ACCOUNTS (ALL 5 OF THEM) FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. </p> <p> </p> <p>TEST MY PATIENCE!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH CELL C!!!!!!!
