Cell C is the worse cellphone provider in South Africa with procedures from 1986

I got ****** of my cellphone yesterday. the phone has insurance but I need the handset to be blocked in order to make a police case. I called yesterday and spoke to Pumla. she mentioned (after many stupid and ludicrous questions such as what are the last two numbers i dialed and what is the most dialed number) i was told that the case "was going to be escalated" because "of the Rica registration" I called this morning to follow up and Pumla had not escalated because "I told her that i was going to the store". after waiting this morning for 12 minutes to speak to a manager, I spoke to Dineo. she hasked me (or the third time) all their stupid nonsensical questions and told me she will escalate and that I MUST CALL BACK with 48 hours to obtain the ITC number. This, after telling me that the number in question, will be sms'd to me. to which I responded that it was "****ing ridiculous" (yes I said it...) since I have no cellphone.
