Cell C is the most uncaring about their customers! They just take their money-

I tried unsuccessfully for so long to get anywhere with cell C.

I think they are the most uncooperative uncaring company the whole cell phone industry! They took my device in for repair 18 months ago and was unable to repair it. I asked them to cancel the contract and left the device with them

18 months later I am still paying for the contract every month even though they have the device. Their service is absolutely atrocious. If anyone is thinking of swapping to Cell C- PLEASE DON'T!

So far no progress has been made with this . When I try to contact Palesa , she says that she can only make outgoing calls and cannot receive calls. It is difficult for me to accept because I work awkward hours. So if I cannot call her back when it is convenient to me, then she is not going to be able to help me to resolve this Can you let me have an email address of someone that can assist me to resolve this matter by email?
