Cell c is the most ****ed up network when it comes to customer service

Cell c is the worst network ever!. I’ve paid my account last year November and the payment is still not allocated to my account. I paid again in December and they received that payment but did not allocate my previous payment. I paid again at the end of December and now my account is still not paid up because they did not allocate payments for November and December to my account. My credit profile is being affected badly by this and I am sick and tired of calling call centre because none of them can help me with this issue. They are ****ing ridiculous and it’s just **** service, this needs to be fixed because it’s affecting my credit score! ****ing sick and tired of **** cell c people and the service
