Cell C is the definition of mediocre.

I have recently took a contract with Cell C and they tried everything in them to make sure they offer the worst service ever. I received a faulty phone and booked it for collection the following day. It took them 6 weeks to come and collect it and this after I was calling almost every 4/5 days to follow up. After collection, I am now on my 3rd week waiting for a replacement and no one seem to care. I am been told by SLA's every time I call but none of them is materializing. Every time I call I am being told that my case is escalated but 2 months later I am still paying for a phone that I have never used. I am currently on the verge of cancelling this contract cause surely it's of no use waiting if all the timelines are exhausted. According to me the follow up depart don't know what they are doing or they just don't care. Can someone tell how long does it take to replace a faulty phone from Cell C?
