Cell C is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! THE WORST!!!!!

The level of bad service and incompetence of Cell C is out of this world. They have listed my husband after their own mess up with no processing a cancellation. We then had to run after them to process another cancellation and this was AFTER we have put them on Hello Peter for the second time. We have then paid all the outstanding amounts 9 months ago and now STILL he is listed and the system shows the amount outstanding.

This is the absolute worst service i have received. We have tried calling into the call centre but team leaders and managers are always in meetings. TERRBLE!!!!!!!
