Cell C is terrible and unsympathetic ....

I am totally horrified by the service that i got from Cell C..... My phone was ****** 2weeks ago and i have been frustrated with the fact that it was ****** i went and bought a new sim to perform a sim swap and i have not been able to be assisted due to failing a security check i spoke to 5 different call centre agents who would not assist me i also asked to speak the the supervisor and still nothing happened ...... I need to get my number back and up and running my bank is linked to this number and other personal and important things i don't know how i can't jut be assisted with my ID number and get my number back .. Cell C has been horrible to me ... i still am sitting with an unresolved irritating matter that they refuse to resolve for me ... They have the worst customer service ever .... I spoke to Ntokozo Ref : ********** **********

I need my number back running and and am saddened that i can not be assisted

Good morning Tshepiso

We have requested one of our team members to assist with the SIM swap, alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.

i can not go to the police station to get all of that done i work and get home really late i need to sort out my cell phone banking i also use this number to run my company it has been difficult for my clients to get hold of me ... this is really terrible and upsetting to see that i can not still be assisted
