Cell C is taking me out of my budget
I'm having challenges with the premium they are deducting monthly for data contract. I called begging of this month to enquire, they said I subscribed, I never understood how as my simcard is always in my router, I was given USSD to dial to cancel the subscription, however nothing has changed. I agreed to pay R221, but they are debiting R360. I want a refund or termination of the contract. I did not agree to this BS.

27 Apr 2023, 11:50I don't think that I should be continuing with your services as I have never subscribed to anything and when I called your consultant never told me about blocking, only to unsuscribe. I also don't think this is my fault at all. This is very unfair
