Cell C is steeling my money; *********** contract cancellation; Cell C should not exist.

I have tried to cancel my Cell C contract for the past 3 months, each time giving them all the information they require. Each time I asked them to confirm that everything will be cancelled and that I have no more remaining contracts.

Today they told me for the first time that they did not cancel it because I have an additional sim attached to the contract. If they told me during the first time I asked for a cancellation I would have immediately cancelled that sim card. It looks like they purposefully want to postpone the cancellatoin and keep on steeling my money.

I will appreciate it if someone from Cell C can help me with the complete cancellation asap and also pay back the last two debit orders. As I said, I attempted cancellation in November already and if Cell C records phone calls my conversation and confirmation that everything should be cancelled can be clearly heard on those calls.
