Cell C is *****ING OUR MONEY

Cell C Please sort your account side out. I am tired of being called that we owe you money. You don't debit when you say you will. We waited until the end of January for you to debit. You did not. You sent us messages saying we owe you money and you're going to stop services. So, we pay manually. Only for you to DOUBLE DEBIT us beginning of FEB. Now we are getting called AGAIN asking when WE will be paying our account? Our credit score is completely ****ed because you cannot sort your **** out. SORT IT OUT. I am not the only customer dealing with your ****. I will **** post you guys everywhere until you sort it out because your customer service agent just ends the call while I am talking to her. Not even a call back. I am klaar.
