Cell C is *****ing my money still

Cell C is run by bullies, they'll take your money even when they admit they're in breach of contract, on 10 October 2017 I spoke to Tsheiso Moloi from Cell C, he mentioned that they know I'm being billed double as I've been reporting it from 1 June 2017 with no success, however, he tells me there's nothing they can do apart from giving me more data which I do not need, I told him I'm already struggling to afford the R270.00 they're charging me instead of R189.00 we agreed upon. On 25 October they debited another R377.00 from my account, this is so unacceptable, I did not sign up for this and want my contract cancelled immediately. It was a terrible mistake accepting your contract over the phone and will never do it again or encourage anybody to do it, these guys are daytime ******s and don't deserve any cent from anybody. When you contact them to ask why they're overcharging you they put you on hold for hours and never attend to your matter.

Still no communication from anybody at Cell C...
