Cell C is *****ing my money

I have been trying to cancel my Cell C contract for months now. Each time I call them I am told that my account is behind even though I clearly see the debit order going off my account monthly. I just want to be done with this contract since they are *****ing my money each and every month. Today I got get another statement saying that my next installment is due, ***. I want to cancel the contract and move on

I sure hope you will reply. My account was debited with R250 in Jan and twice for R185 in Feb - and then you tried to debit me for a third time in Feb for R75. I need answers. This is ******* and I demand to know why Cell is refusing to let me out of this contract.
