CELL C IS *****ING MY MONEY !!!

I had a 24 month contract (data bundle) with Cell C. I phoned 1 April to cancel the contract, they told me there is still one month left I must phone them 1 May 2015. I phoned the 1 May 2015, and ask for a cancelation. To my surprise Cell C deducted R259.97 from my account this month and I was always only paying R99 per month.<br> <br> I phoned in today asking why they deducted again, they told me that my contract is not cancelled, and I used to pay R99 for a special deal, and I am paying full price now of R259-97. When I told the lady I cancelled it last month and I'm going to reverse the payment, she told me they will black list me !!!<br> <br> What is Cell C trying to do, how many people must I phone to try cancel every month ??? Are Cell C pulling a **** to ***** from people who honoured they contract for 24 months, to not cancel the contract and ***** there money ????<br> <br> And the best off all is that a Lady in my office went trough the same story......
