Cell c is *****ing my hard earned money

During May 2015 I was contacted by Cell c to check whether I'd be interested in taking out a new contract. I explained to the agent that I did not want a phone or tablet phone. I enquired about a laptop computer or a notebook and I clearly mentioned that I needed to type documents and wanted a device that could take a memory stick. That very same day I realised that the device she spoke about was a media pad and I clearly stated that I did not want a tablet. I immediately within called Cell c and told then that I no longer want that contract and I was told that it will be cancelled immediately. That evening I tried to load airtime on my cellphone and I was unable as my line was converted to contract without my knowledge.The next day I called Cell c again and the agent told me that I should wait for the mediapad to be delivered to me and then return it unopened so that they can cancel the contract. I did but my line remained contract. After a few minutes on internet I owed cell c R600.They promised to sort this out and never did.Cell c is *****ing my hard earned money. Every month they are debiting my account with R900 and even handed me over to lawyers. I'm very d disappointed
