Cell C is *****ing money from customer's bank account
Cell C stole R3837.55 out of my bank account today. Do not make use of this network, they will ***** your money. I phoned in now to request a refund, and all they said was they will log a case and if the refund is approved, it will take 7 days before my own money is back in my account. Please do not give Cell C access to your bank account, they will ***** your money.

27 Aug 2021, 13:13I received my monthly statement on the 4th of August for an amount of R266.16.
My account was debited on the 27th of July for an amount of R3837.54, as a once off amount. Your account's department must have mistakenly loaded this amount as a recurring debit order. This is a very substantial amount and I cannot be expected to sit back and wait for my money to be refunded, because of a mistake in your accounts department, especially since I have been waiting on another refund of R1602.00 (***) that I have been requesting since April, because I was charged for a device that I never received.
