Cell C is *****ing money

Cell c is *****ing money!!! After lodging a compliant last week Wednesday someone from the pathetic company phone to try and sugar coat me that the money will be in the account by Friday (23/10/2015). THen he had the audacity to ask me if i will just make a note on the complaint and say it is sorted told him NO. Up till today there is no refund in my bank account and cell c wants to excalated it againg to i dont know who and it will take another 7+ days.l
