Cell C is *****ing from its customers

I took a contract from Cell c. With this contract I get 100mb data, 100 sms and 100 minutes. I was also given a 10gb data gift to use within 6 months. I then noticed that I loose my inclusive data as data only gets deducted from the promotional data. When I took it up with cell c I was told thats just the system and nothing can be done about it. Basically Cell c is *****ing my data for 6 months as I dont use it and not out of my choice at all. I want to first use my inclusive data and then my promotional data but I do not get that option.

I will end my contract as well as all my immediate family's contracts with cell C as soon as it expires. Cell C is getting as bad as vodacom.
