Cell C is *****ing from consumers

Good Day Hello Peter please help me out with Cell C. I app**** for a cellphone contract with Cell cell c and was happy with their service until they decided to show their true colours. They stopped deducting from my account and thus put me in arrears. I called them and asked for their reason for the failed deduction... and guess what they tried to pin it on me by telling me there were no funds in my account. I asked the consultant how can that be possible that cell c finds no money but other providers that deducted before and after cell c finds money but no answer was available. I made transfers in order to cover myself and thought that cell c will act professional but only for it to take a wrong turn again. I ended up finding out that they wrecked my credit score and so I resorted to settling the entire balance and thought I had the vultures off my back....up until recently when they started deducting amounts close to R800 from my account. I feel ******ed by cell c and need serious to shove out of my life as I have joined another network. I want cell c to stay the he'll away from me and my money....please I also learned that they refusing to cancel my top up contract for reasons known to them....please cell c....delete me from your data base and forget about my existence....just thinking that I used cell c from the time I was 11 till date (27years) I feel like I wasted my entire life......
