Cell C is so unprofessional

I'm writing this review I'm very frustrated I had a contract with them for data bundles that was suppose to end in November 2023 but now i see that my contract expires in 2025 which i did not upgrade and when I'm trying to cancel it they refuse and the call Centre agents are so rude and don't want to assist me. I want cell c to tell me when did renew my contract, I've sent more than 4 affidavit to them every time i send a query they say I must send an affidavit I've done that 4 times and still i haven't been assisted. The disadvantage is that i have a debt order with them but always get that I owe them. I'm tired of all this i need it to be sorted out because i cant have this i never renewed the contract. Please help!!!!!
