CELL C is so disappointing

Hello Peter, And so the saga continues with CELL C. All my inquiries have been escalated with NO responses. From the call center to the stores. I know have calls from attorneys asking for full payment of my device even though I have made payment. There is no where for me to turn. The only hope I had was a response on this site from CELL C SOCIAL MEDIA- even she has gone silent. I am horrified with CELL C on all levels. Clearly they don't care about bad publicity - what should they. I am one of millions. The sad part is that my 14 year old son cant use his awesome Samsung phone anymore as it has been blocked. Guess Cell C doesnt care . Hoping a solution comes soon after 4/5 months of battle. M. Raaff
