1. Your Walmer Park Salemans sold me two contracts (1x Upgrade and 1x New) stating Whatsapp is FREE with it - FALSE 2. Handed in a phone for insurance repairs, over 3 weeks ago, no calls, no emails, doesn't answer the phone when calling Csurance 084 number, tried other 3 numbers got other companies and they just shift to the useless 13th or 24th place never-ending waiting on the 084 number. 3. 084140 or Cell Repairs will NOT put the supervisor or BOSS or Director on the phone 4. Cell C Repairs says there is no boss or supervisor working today (26 Jan 2018) 5. Everyone shifts me to another number to waste over 100mins of airtime!!! 6. incorrectly debited the wrong bank account for the wrong contract (have 3 in one profile)

Cell-C, YOU have the below options or else I will terminate the contract, sue you and block all debts, plus blacklist you on social media till you have to close your doors forever.

Option ONE: * Return my insurance submitted phone as is AND refund me my insurance premiums in FULL * CREDIT me for WHATSAPP cost per the salesagent words it was free....for all my contracts. * CANCEL the contracts and release the NUMBERS for porting AWAY from you.

Option TWO: * REPLACE my insurance submitted phone with a NEW phone, * CREDIT me for WHATSAPP cost per the salesagent words it was free....for all my contracts. * CANCEL the contracts and release the NUMBERS for porting AWAY from you.
