Cell C is running a ****a shop

1.I have been trying to change my debit order banking details for 3 months now and till now I have failed. I have called so many times and had to pay via EFT for a while, this has been really frustrating for me. 2. I have not been able to use or connect with data for months now, which means I can only connect to the internet through wifi. I have called the cell c technical department a numerous times and it's very useless. I have been with Cell c for almost 15years and I've never thought I'd consider changing to any other network until now. Both my contracts are due for an upgrade and all I'm looking forward to is cancelling the contracts.
