Cell C is run like ****a shop
I can't believe two years later I am still battling with this organization to update my credit profile. As that is not enough now they are doing a hard search on my credit profile. Guys if you know what's good for or value your credit profile you will never take any contract with this company. I have sent dozens email made countless calls to no avail. I have been transferred from one department to another with no assist. I have been told you don't have account with us whereas my credit profile says otherwise. When I lodge a dispute Cell C shares new information with ITC and the account is reinstated. Run for your dear life.

Since 2022 you have been apologizing for the inconveniences caused but you don't take any action. What will your team do differently this time that they failed to do almost two years back? The only crime I committed was trusting you with my personal information and signing a contract with you. Now that you have my information, you are committing ***** by accessing my credit profile without my concern.

I believe a have a right to ask questions as each and every time I engage with you the feedback I get is it will updated after 21 days and two years later it is still not updated. You can not call me for feedback and expect that I don't ask questions or tell me you don't know why it is still not updated but that is the feedback you received. If you're not prepared to answer my question please save your time, don't call me. If this is the service you strive for it sucks. Guys sign up with Cell C at your own risk.
