Cell C is run by ********* of note

It's almost a year now since I've complained about Cell C *****ing my money for no service, from 1st of June 2017 I started complaining about the double debits that Cell C is charging me, I am really tired of their empty promises, first they promised to refund or credit me, they didn't, second they promised to fix my contract and they didn't, I then decided to cancel the contract, they accepted that they'll cancel it but still didn't and still continue to debit double amounts, ********* of note, I guess this is the level of service they're qualified to render, I cannot carry on paying R267.99 instead of the correct amount of R189.00.
