Cell C updated on the credit profile that I was 30 days overdue but I have never skipped a month on payments. I'm canceling their product you cannot be messing with people's lives like that, the credit profile is the most sensitive issue and you cant update wrong information, you ruining lives I have never skipped any payments in 5 years.

But a day later I paid manually, and notified the billing department immediately with proof of payment, that should count for something. it's not like I skipped a month.
