The worst you can ever find they said they will be in contact with me, I have lost money and business because of them, I called in to ask them to activate International roaming on my mobile phone ***) and when I reached Taiwan the SIM card was not working, send emails and there was no response, and then put them here and till this very day my SIM card still does not work, I have lost clients because of cell C. If there is any other company from South Africa that can assist please do, I can even pay for a South African SIM card to be shipped to me. My email is ***

Kindly note that the service is activated on your number. Cell C currently does not have any Prepaid roaming agreement with Taiwan that is why you are not connected.
If you have a WiFi calling enabled device, you may use the service by switching it on from your device settings.
