STAY AWAY that is all i want to warn the public to they are ********* they beg you to take a contract they offer you stuff you pay for but dont receive my case is a new contract for my daughter which i got a Samsung j4+ there call center phoned me and offerd the whats app bun dell to me which i accepted at the end of the month i paid R228.00 as per agreement with the call center and never received the whats app bundle i phoned only to hear that i will not get the bundle as i pay by eft so i must deduct the R29.00 i paid at the end of the next month so i did this then i got an sms stating that i ow cell c R422.00 then i phoned the call center and spoke to a person who told me i am wrong and she cant help me iwent to cell c in green acress port elizabeth and a nice lady helped me there and got the correct amount but also informed me that since day one of my new contract of R199.00 it did change to R206.00 with out notifying me about this and that there is R46.00 outstanding which i can pay on my next bill now today i bought a whats app bundle now it does not work i phoned call center now they tell me i am in areas of R46.00 and my account is blocked so now i will contact who ever and report it i feel they must take the phone and contract and put it where the sun dont shine
