Cell C is *******!!!

After loading a complaint I finally received a call with a commitment that my account would be closed and all accounts are in order, Payment was made despite being advised that my account was in a credit by the executive head of fibre Dederick. I still made payment just to ensure my account is cancelled today the 17th as was discussed. I was promised this by Mopailo Thapelo who, since my payment has not bothered to get back to me. I have since been advised by the head of metro fibre that Cell C is holding my line until the 18th without reason or cause. This is now become an issue that needs to go to the media due to the blatant lack of respect and commitment by executives within the organization. If my line is not released today I will be taking this issue to a colleague of mine at the papers. Enough is enough.
