I bought Airtime of R25 using the Standard Bannk mobile banking app, which I have used on numerous occasions before without trouble.<br> But this particular time the money was debited off my account but never credited into my airtime balance.I bought R25.00 airtime on the 24th of April. I have rang them over 5 times and all I keep hearing is that the matter has been escalated and I would get a call in the next 24 hours. Its nearly two weeks now and I havent had a single call from they special escalations team.<br> I am really tired of calling CellC and being fogged off especially when I have already paid for it. I just want my damn airtime...simply
