Cell c is *******

I still haven't gotten assistance by cell c, they shift blame on me and want me to pay for the amount that i do not know where it comes from, the said it's benefits that you get after you've completed paying for the phone but bo body called or told me about those benefits what hurts me most is that i madr effort on my side to get my paid up letter but no one helped and now they want me to pay, it not fair at all. I want them to erase that amount because i don't know what is it for, i want my paid up letter and I want the upper level to looknat this case.. Cell c is a ****, you're ******** people and it's not fair that you would want to make money by ******** your customers, i trusted you that's why i chose to take a contract with but is this how you repay your customers by trusting you? It's really sad
