Cell C is robing me
I had a 24 months data contract with Cell C from 2019 June- June 2021. I received 10 gig for day 10 gigs at night. I was paying R137 per month. This year they have been trying to persuade me to upgrade because my contract was ending in June 2021. I refused, because I simply do not want to upgrade. So after the contract ended, they are charging me R300 for the same amount of data. I also asked my contract to be canceled before June when they call me. One consultant that called me said, if they load data I won't pay. The Cell C branch that was near by my town has moved so I cannot visit it because it seems like when you call Cell C they do not listen to cancel my contract. They are debiting R300 in my account of which we did not agree to. Please help!!!!

We have received your review regarding the billing and cancellation of your contract. Kindly note that once the contract matures, all discounts linked to your contact fall away and you are billed the normal price of the package while it runs on a month to month.
Contracts are not automatically cancelled once they have matured, they run on a month to month until a cancellation notice is submitted. Your contract for number *** is Permanently Deactivated.
