Cell C is robbing us!!!

Cell C has *****ed me yet again! So I was offered an upgrade and the gentleman told me that the new contract would take effect on the 8th August 2022. Today I received my September statement and noticed that an additional almost R700-00 had been charged for. When I contacted Cell C, they told me that it was because of the upgrade. So, I was charged for my Pinnacle 10GB in August 2022 and two amounts in September, i.e. Pinnacle 10GB from 08/08/22 - 31/08/22 (never mind that this had been paid for in August 2022) and another anount Pinnacle 10GB from 01/09/2022 - 30/09/2022. So I have had to pay twice!!! Everyone is struggling in today's economic climate and then we have Cell C charging us twice for something. You have taken me for a ride for the last time.
