cell c is robbing ppl
if i could give them a 0 i would. worst service, i took out a contract in December by Jan the battery of the phone was giving issues amongst other problems, took the phone back, told them that i did not want a repaired phone as i am paying for a new phone. they told me to send it in and phone customer care, i did. now they say they cant help me i have to take the repaired phone.

The device would have to be taken in for assessments. Thereafter, our repairs department will advise on the way forward.
You must take the device to your nearest Cell C store to be booked in.
