cell c is robbing me everyday

I renewed my contract 3 months ago,and from that time I am being ****** of my hard earned money everyday. I was cedited with R97 on the 12/12/2015 and the very next day my balance was R0.00, with NO calls or data usage .i had to then do a credit increase of R50 which is almost finished,and yet again no calls or data usage.I am being charged for Internet usage which i do not use. My line has been locked because of this, yet no internet has been used. I pay for bbm lite plus whatsup yet other charges are being charged. I do not use the internet neither do I have Facebook or email on my phone. All update systems are switched off. Yet the consultants inform I'm on the internet.how is this possible???I have spoken to several consultants yet none of them can solve the problem. I recently paid a bill of R750. Cell c is worst network and I desperately need to cancel this contract,please help. I will never ever take a contract with this network again. Plus I was offered 150 mins,but now the I'm informed on the system I only get R96.40 per month.This contract was given under false pretence. I am fed up of speaking to people who can never help you,and never ever get to speak to a manager.
