Cell c is robbing its clients

Cell C is robbing people, every month I am charged 70 rands for a failed debit order that is not agreed upon, I asked them to debit my account on the 7th of every month and by the 3rd they are already debating and charging me 479 every month I pay an extra 70 rands that I don't understand. When speaking ro the manager called Njabulo he was very rude and told me to pay my account on time, in one month they debit me twice and still don't want to take responsibility for that, they tell me about a missed payment back in Dec of 2022 how is it coming now. I went to a cell c store and the lady assisted me but the next loath I was charged another 70. Cell c I s making money and robbing people.
