Cell c is rippng me off

On Wednesday 10 february 2016 I received an electronic air time transfer of 2x R30 . The money just disappeared. When I contacted cellc the opperator told me it was deducted for steaming video usage on the internet. I did not use streaming . On saturday 13 february I had R20 sent to me and again its gone. The call centre says they can't find the fault. I now cannot load air time on my hone for BIS thus my Phone cannot operate. They refuse to help solve and fix this problem.
