Cell C is refusing to pay back money to customer after a double debit for no reason.

Cell C took a double debit order from our account and is refusing to pay it back.

Every time they say it is 5 more days and then we my husband follows up, you say another few days.

We missed a payment and have send the proof of payment in January, and still Cell C went ahead and deducted a double debit order which they are now refusing to pay back?????????????????????????!!

You guys are very quick to cut of a service but we have to wait 4 weeks now for a freaken payment?

What is going on at your company? Could you pay the money back as per your promise that never happened - Account no with Cell c is ***
