Cell C is reaping off my data and Airtime

<p>I use to think cell c is the best network because i never experience any problem and their charges were low, especially data. Now it is the worst network. When I buy data and they dont last. I bought R150 airtime on 27 April, on 29 around 16:00 i checked my balance and the airtime was still there and i was still using free data i got when i bought airtime. to my supprise in the morning on Sa****ay when i check my balance, it was R25. I was very shocked. When i enquire they told me to deactivate some of the apps which i did. 01 May i received 500 monthly mb, they lasted until 10 May. on 10 May I bought R140 airtime where i received 200 MB and also i bought 1 Gigabytes data . which means i had a total of R1200MB. yesterday i checked in the morning, I had 800MB left, which means 400MB were gone by 3 days.Today all 800 data are finished by 1 day. This does not make sense at all. I do not download, i use facebook, Instagram and few sofwares. I also have nite data. 500MB i get form Cell C can be used more that 10 days but the airtime or data i buy finish in few hours or few days. I also have nite Gigabytes but they dont finish. What i see Cell C is just waiting for me to put airtime or data so that you chow my money. This is not fair at all. I wish i can end this contract and move to another network.</p>
