Cell C is really useless service provoder

Cell C has to be the worst network ever. I had a contract with this useless network provider and I decided to cancel it with two months left before the end of the contract. I called them to cancel the contract and we agreed to the amount of R153. 00 which was paid on the 17 of November. After payment I was told to call after 48 hours of which I did. The contract was cancelled and I told them to keep the number because I do not want it. For the past two months Cell C has been *******ly deducting my account, when I call I am told that the number is active on prepaid. I just want my money that you have been deducting for the past two months, no stories. Is bye from me. I will never use Cell C again. I will not even advice my friends to have a line with Cell C because you siphon money from unsuspecting customers.
