Cell c is really up to ****.

Good day.

Please see that i have copyed my emails to cell c here as i really am tired of retiping everything everytime. I would really like some answers as i have had it with cell c. The only take your money and never really help you as a costumer, they promise to call back and sort your stuff out and never do. On top of that i have been struggling with them for over 3 months now.... and still nothing. I have 4 to 5 diffrent case numbers "as they are sorting it out" but just keep on giving me new numbers and not resolving the problems.

I would like to know if anyone can assist... i have big problems with cellc at the moment and i really don't know what to do anymore, i have sent them so many emails, i have phoned them numerous times... i have 3 to 4 different case numbers and still no assist... my phones have been cut of and on top of that they take money as they please after i already made payments.. can someone please help me.

I have spoken to all of you and still no answer.... when is my stuff going to be sorted. When are you actually going to care to help your costumer when do you really care about the service or more????? There is no cell c in secunda any more how must i drive to witbank every time to try and sort out my stuff.... i ask that cell c's head of department will contact me. This is really bad from cell c and i am tired of hearing "we are sorry for the inconvenience" but no one will really help me!!!

It has already taken 2months to try and sort this stuff out i really would like some answers as this is a new case number again now!!!!!

No one really want to help me and i am fed up with this, cell c already took money from my account after i did made a payment for the month so why is my phones not working?.... i want my money back, and i want someone to come in contact with me i want to speak to the head of cell c....
