Cell c is really mistreating me

My cell phone screen cracked and I had an insurance with Cell c , and it was a cell c contract phone. I took the cell phone back to cell c for repair since I have an insurance with them , they took it for repairs for morethan 6 months . Everytime when I call to ask about the progress I was taken from Pilar to post. I don't give up on following up. One day the repair department told me that my cell phone was sent back to the store 2 months back. And they couldn't repair my cell phone because they are still waiting for the address isurance documents from cell c louistrichardt. Till now my cell phone is not fixed. I stope paying now am listed I have been calling them to give me details of the collection company to arrange for payment , still no one is coming back to me . Am fedup with cell c.
