Cell C is really disgusting

After my previous review about Cell C, L.Ntuli from cell C contacted me then later she gave me the reference confirming that it was Identity ***** but until now I haven't received a letter clearing my name,I tried to contact them several times they just keep on giving me different number I must call in order to get the clearance letter.

Please help cause this is affecting me very bad.
