cell c is real ****** . falsify information

I was due for an upgrade with previous cell c contract and package I was on was a 1 gig 100min 100 sms. I requested the consultant who helped me ,to keep me receiving the same 1 gig and so forth as he gave me a price with the gig and without. We then went ahead and did the upgrade but when my package kicked in I only received 100 megs 100 min and sms. I then went in and the consultant I work the contract out with no longer works there and the manager requested my contract from there head office but I've been waiting for more than two months and nobody contacts me to let me know anything . Went into stores manager says they still waiting but my thing is this I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving. That's not all I had to go do 2 sim swaps at the stores as they gave me twice faulty sim cards , how is a person suppose to make use of anything if the network is so bad. I'm very unhappy but I must wait till they get back to me . Please do something about this as cell c is really a bad network and shouldn't be in business if that's how they run it.
