I have a query pending with regard to been charged for sim swap. Lawrence called me and promise that they will not charge me and on top he will credit me with 100mb for been mistreated but i never got it. Today phone is blocked and the call center stuff are very rude. maybe is due to been stupid cause they are very forward in answering prior to listening. When calling the helpdesk, you get the disclaimer saying all call are recorded but when come to them find a call recording is very hard. I have made the payment of R35.00 after six year of not skipping my monthly premium. I feel that Cell C is rapping me off .
