CELL C Is quiet a ****

At this point we are gutted beyond despair with the ********** service received from yourselves. Please see attached email trails. Please also check your record for these cell phone numbers. You have received payments on the contracts without fail each month. Termination requests were emailed to you because the contract had expired, and you decided to ignore that. Not only that one request, but more follow up termination requests were emailed to you, and you ignored them. This is clearly because you are a total ****. You wanted us to proceed to pay for a service we no longer required. You kept on debiting our account which you are still doing. We phoned and had long conversations with your consultants who sent us from pillar to post because guess what? They are trained to deflect and waste our time. We owe Cell C nothing. Our contract with you ended, we kept the end of our bargain, and you are failing to keep yours.

We are being harassed by Cell C and it is not pleasant. Check your records, we paid our bill each month up until the day the contract expired. We even had courtesy to send cancellation which you seem to not want to do. This is horrible service. Going on reviews at HelloPeter.com I notice that there’s too many complaints like ours. We then conclude, you are trying to **** unsuspecting people as you refuse to terminate contracts that have already expired. Please sort this out urgently.
